December 6, 2017
In November we invited our nearest neighbours to attend sessions to help us plan our proposed development of affordable housing. Almost 100 neighbours provided some great suggestions and we promised to work on the designs to reflect that input.
We have several options drafted and would like to show you what progress has been made, and how we reflected your input into the initial designs. Although this is a busy time of year – especially for the Church – we felt it's important that we show you how we listened to what you said and reflected this in the designs, and get your further comments, before Christmas.
We have arranged two feedback meetings and invite you to provide your comments. Your views are important.
The sessions will be held in the Oak Bay United Church’s community hall:
Wednesday 13th December is Now Full
Thursday 14th December at 7:30 – 9:00pm - Please call the office to reserve a spot: 250-598-5021
These sessions are strictly for you, our neighbours. As we expect to have double the number at each session, seating is very limited so please ensure you register to attend by phone to our office: 250-598-5021.
For those unable to attend either of these dates, and for the broader public, more sessions will be held in January. You can also call (250-598-5021) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to provide your comments.
We very much hope to see you and look forward to gaining your input.
