Oak Bay United's Thrift Shop and Thrift Shop Annex are a ministry of the Church, staffed by volunteers who value the relationships they develop through their work, and making an important contribution to the whole community.
Important Thrift Shop Donation Guidelines
What may NOT be donated?
Thrift Shop Not-Accepted Donations: The Thrift & Annex are not able to accept large appliances, computers and printers, skiis, hide-a -beds, building supplies, car seats, flotation devices, bike helmets, broken or dirty items.
Please help our volunteers by respectfully not donating these items, and please do not leave ANY items on church property after-hours.
Donations accepted on Wednesdays 9am-12pm
What may be donated?
Thrift Shop Accepted Donations: Gently used clothing for all ages, household items, appliances, linens, furniture, books, toys, jewelry, art, home care aids.
Items must be clean and in working order.
When may donations be dropped off?
Thrift Shop Donation Hours: Donations of the above listed items are Wednesday mornings between 10am - 12noon. We do reserve the right to not accept articles. Please help our volunteers by respectfully donating during Donation Hours, and please do not leave donations on church property after-hours.
Who do I contact if I need something picked up or delivered?
Thrift Shop Pick Up and Delivery Service: Clients and customers may call the Church Office during office hours to arrange pick up or deliveries. Pick up and deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays and Fridays only, within a reasonable distance, and a delivery charge will apply.
Limited Pick Up available in August 2018, please call the church office Wed-Fri to request pick up.

Thrift Shop & Annex Sales
Reopens September 14, 2018 and runs every Friday, 10am - 1pm, until the end of June, and on the first Saturday of the month, 10am-12:30pm (check the street sign for Saturday sale dates). The Thrift Shop and Annex sales are closed annually on Good Friday, and for the summer months of July and August.
