Sharing the Love

Thank you for a wonderful year! Oak Bay United's Thrift Shop and Thrift Shop Annex is now CLOSED for the summer season. We re-open in the Fall.

Please note: donations of all kinds are NOT accepted during the summer months when the Thrift Shop is closed.

Can I donate items in July and August?

No, please do not leave items as the Thrift Store is not open for the summer months, and our volunteers are not on hand to process donations.

What should I do with my items instead of leaving them at Oak Bay United?

Please donate your items to other agencies for July and August (or save them to donate to Oak Bay United Thrift Ministry when we re-open!).Here are some links to a few of the agencies that operate in Victoria BC during the summer months:

When will the Thrift Shop start accepting donations again?

Check back for the date that the Thrift Shop Volunteers will be onsite to receive donations.

    Warm Thanks!

To each of our faithfully committed Volunteers, and to our generous neighbours – near and far – who donate to our Thrift Shop, and who shop from it too, we thank you for being part of this fantastic outreach ministry! The ongoing success of the Oak Bay Thrift Shop & Annex makes such a difference in our local community and in the wider world. We look forward to re-connecting with everyone in the fall.
